Order Acceptance Policy

Receipt of an order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance of your order. Retro Gatsby may accept or decline orders for any reason. Orders must be approved with a valid payment method. Additional verification may be required. We do not accept orders from resellers, wholesalers, or customers intending to resell. Only one discount code may be used per transaction.

Use of Information

Information collected is aggregated and anonymous for analysis of product and service performance. Personal information will not be disclosed without consent, except as required by law. Your data may be used to send promotions or improve website services.

Liability

Retro Gatsby is not responsible for losses or damages caused by this website or linked sites. We reserve the right to refuse orders and will attempt to contact you regarding cancellations. Payments received will be refunded through the original method.

Delivery

Delivery times are estimates. Retro Gatsby is not liable for late deliveries. Partial shipments may occur if items are out of stock. Please ensure your delivery address is correct. We may share contact info with shipping providers for SMS/email notifications about your order.

Acceptance of Goods

Buyers must inspect goods and notify us within 48 hours if a fault is found.

Returns Policy

Please review our Returns & Exchanges Policy before ordering. Refunds or exchanges may be refused if items are damaged, worn, or returned late. Returns must follow policy conditions.

Change of Address

Retro Gatsby is not responsible for incorrect addresses. Please confirm your address at checkout. If a mistake is discovered after ordering, contact customer service immediately. Some orders may be unchangeable due to fast warehouse processing.

International Customs Charges

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees, payable by the customer. Retro Gatsby is not responsible for these charges. Contact your local customs office for details.

Warranties

All warranties are provided by the manufacturer, not Retro Gatsby.

Pricing

Prices may change without notice. Duties and taxes imposed by your country are the customer's responsibility. All prices are in AUD; non-Australian currency conversions are approximate.

Refunds & Returns

  • Items must be in original condition with tags unless faulty.
  • Faulty goods are handled per the manufacturer’s warranty.
  • No refunds/exchanges on gloves, wigs, feather boas, or headpieces for hygiene reasons.
  • Return shipping via registered mail is recommended.
  • Refunds only apply to product costs; shipping fees are not refunded.
  • Refunds & exchanges for full-price and sale items: within 20 days of purchase.
  • Notify Retro Gatsby within 48 hours of receiving goods for returns/exchanges.
  • No refunds on free promotional items.

Order Cancellations

Cancellations may be accepted before dispatch. After shipment, cancellations may be refused or subject to fees. Orders cannot be changed once finalized.

Copyright and Trademark

All site content, including text, design, logos, graphics, and images, is the property of Retro Gatsby. Content may only be used for shopping purposes. Unauthorized use may violate copyright and trademark laws.

Typographical Errors

If a product is listed with an incorrect price or information due to typographical error, Retro Gatsby may cancel the order and refund any payment received.
