Shipping & Delivery

At Retro Gatsby, we ship your 1920s-inspired treasures with care every business day from 1pm Brisbane, Australia time. Orders are shipped worldwide to Australia, USA, UK, NZ, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East.

All shipments are sent via fully tracked delivery services. Tracking details will be emailed once your order is dispatched.

Australia

We use Australia Post – Express Post for all Australian orders.

  • Orders over $80 AUD: Free Express Shipping
  • Orders under $80 AUD: $9.95 Express Shipping

Delivery estimates:

  • Capital Cities: 1–2 business days
  • Perth & Darwin: 2–3 business days
  • Brisbane, Gold Coast & Sunshine Coast: 1 business day
  • Regional towns: 2–3 business days
  • Remote locations: 3–5 business days

Note: All Australian orders are authorized to leave at your shipping address. Once delivered, the item becomes your property. Please ensure a safe and secure delivery address.

United States

We ship via USPS in partnership with Australia Post.

  • Orders over $70 USD: Free Standard Shipping (7–10 business days) | $13 Express Shipping (4–5 business days)
  • Orders under $70 USD: $13 Standard Shipping | $24 Express Shipping

Note: Duties and tariffs are covered by Retro Gatsby. No extra charges on delivery.

United Kingdom

We ship via Royal Mail.

  • Orders over £55: Free Standard (6–8 business days) | £10 Express (4–5 business days)
  • Orders under £55: £10 Standard | £17 Express

Orders under £135 have no import charges.

New Zealand

We ship via NZ Post.

  • Orders over $99 NZD: Free Standard (6–8 business days) | $10 Express (3–4 business days)
  • Orders under $99 NZD: $14 Standard | $18 Express

Regional deliveries may take an extra 2 days.

Canada

We ship via Canada Post.

  • Orders over $85 CAD: Free Standard (8–13 business days) | $20 Express (4–6 business days)
  • Orders under $85 CAD: $20 Standard | $35 Express

Note: GST or import duties may apply, payable by the customer.

Europe

We ship via tracked international postal services to Belgium, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Netherlands, Norway, Spain, Sweden & Switzerland.

  • Orders over €70: Free Standard (7–10 business days) | €16 Express (5–7 business days)
  • Orders under €70: €16 Standard | €21 Express

Exceptions: Lithuania 8–12 business days, Iceland 7–12 (Standard) | 6–9 (Express). Orders under €150 have no import duties but VAT may apply.

Singapore

We ship via Singapore Post & FedEx.

  • Orders over $85 SGD: Free Standard (6–8 business days) | $18 Express (2–3 business days)
  • Orders under $85 SGD: $18 Standard | $27 Express (3–4 business days)

Orders under $400 SGD have no GST or import charges.

Hong Kong

We ship via Hong Kong Post & FedEx.

  • Orders over $500 HKD: Free Standard (6–8 business days) | $100 Express (3–4 business days)
  • Orders under $500 HKD: $95 Standard | $150 Express

No sales tax or import charges for Hong Kong customers.

UAE

We ship via FedEx.

  • Orders over 230 AED: 60 AED Express (3–4 business days)
  • Orders under 230 AED: 85 AED Express (3–4 business days)

Orders under 1000 AED may incur 5% VAT.

Tracking Information

After your order is processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. We strongly recommend using tracking to monitor your delivery.

For international orders, if you are unavailable during delivery, a card will be left to arrange a new time. Please use an address where someone is available during standard business hours (Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm, excluding public holidays).

International Orders – Import Charges

International orders may be subject to customs duties and fees. These must be paid by the recipient unless stated otherwise. Retro Gatsby cannot predict or cover these charges and is not responsible for any additional fees.

Last Minute Orders

Please order in advance. We cannot guarantee delivery for last-minute orders due to unforeseen courier delays.
